1. What use-of-force, handcuffing, baton and de-escalation programs have you completed? For each, identify the provider, date and expiry. *

2. Have you previously been authorized to instruct, assess or certify others? Who provided that authorization, and does it permit training under another company’s name? *

3. Describe your operational experience with conflict resolution and the least intrusive response appropriate to the situation. *

4. How would you teach legal authority, organizational policy, proportionality, necessity, medical risks and reporting obligations? *

5. How would you adjust instruction for beginners and students with different abilities while maintaining consistent competency standards? *

6. Describe how you would intervene if a student used an unsafe technique or showed signs of injury or distress. *

7. How would you assess a student who passes a written test but cannot safely demonstrate practical skills? *

8. Have any training credentials been suspended, revoked or restricted? Are there any conflicts of interest or limitations relevant to this instructor role? *

9. What equipment, protective measures, emergency plan and participant consent process would you require before practical exercises? *

10. What interests you in instructing on behalf of Hawkeye Security Group, and what subjects are you qualified to teach? *
